Emergency Information
1. 如在景区内遇到突发疾病、严重受伤、迷路被困、意外事故等紧急情况，可拨打景区24小时救援电话：025-52660363。
In case of emergencies such as sudden illness, severe injury, getting lost or trapped, or accidents, please dial the 24-hour rescue hotline 025-52660363.
2. 为应对突发状况，景区配有医疗设备与资源。
AED⾃动体外除颤器四台：分别位于玄武湖景区游客中心（17326111907）、玄武门游客中心（025-58869797）解放门游客咨询点（025-83601833）和环洲赛炳坤文创店内（19852812211）。如有需要请联系景区的医生或工作人员进行操作或指导。
Medical devices and resources are provided in the scenic area to respond to emergencies, including:
Three AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators), respectively at the Xuanwu Lake Scenic Area Visitor Center (17326111907), Xuanwu Gate Visitor Center (025-58869797), and Jiefang Gate Visitor Information (025-83601833). If you need them, please contact the physician or working staff in the scenic area for instructions.
医务室：如有扭伤、烫伤、擦伤、骨折、中暑等情况，可前往医务室，导航至玄武湖景区游客中心（17326111907）或玄武门游客中心（025-58869797）。
The scenic area has set up medical rooms. Under emergencies such as sprain, scald, abrasion, fracture or heatstroke, you can go to the medical room by navigating to Xuanwu Lake Scenic Area Visitor Center (17326111907) or Xuanwu Gate Visitor Center (025-58869797).
医疗箱：如需创口贴、藿香正气水、医用棉签、碘伏消毒液等，可前往玄武湖景区游客中心（17326111907）、玄武门游客中心（025-58869797）、黄册库游客咨询点（025-83211080）、解放门游客咨询点（025-83601833）和情侣园游客咨询点（025-85436312）向前台询问获取医疗箱内资源。
Medical Kit: If you need adhesive bandages, Huoxiang Zhengqi Liquid, medical cotton swabs, and iodophor disinfectant solution, go to Xuanwu Lake Scenic Area Visitor Center (17326111907), Xuanwu Gate Visitor Center (025-58869797), Huangceku Visitor Information Point (025-83211080), Jiefang Gate Visitor Information Point (025-83601833), and Lovers' Garden Visitor Information Point (025-85436312) and inquire at the front desk to get the items from the medical kits.
3. 一键报警装置：如遇儿童老人丢失、寻找遗失物品等紧急情况，可直接按下按钮，监控室24小时值班，在收到求助信息后，可以通过装置与求助者进行对话，同时安排队员去现场进行救助。
One-button alarm device: In case of emergencies such as lost child / elderly person, or looking for lost items, you can directly press the button. The monitoring room is staffed 24/7. Upon receiving the alarm signal, they can communicate with the requester through the device and at the same time arrange relevant personnel to the scene for assistance.
